Talkspace, Inc. (NASDAQ: TALK) has reported that its co-founder and CEO, Oren Frank has stepped down from his position of CEO and Board member of Talkspace effective today.  Co-founder nd head of Clinical Services, Roni Frank is also stepping down from her position on the Board of Directors. The Franks will serve as strategic advisors to the board for the next 6 months as they will provide continuity and strategic direction. The Board plans to conduct a comprehensive search for a new CEO.
