Ivrnet Inks Agreement with Five9 Inc.

Ivrnet Inc. (TSX-V: IVI) announced today that it had signed an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) agreement with Five9 Inc.
Integration Into Cloud Services
Via the agreement, Ivrnet’s software services will be included as a complimentary offering to their Intelligent Cloud Contact Center platform in Five9’s App Marketplace. “Partnerships like this illustrate Ivrnet’s ongoing strategy of expanding our footprint through new channels to reach new customers that will benefit from Telepay’s unique functionality,” said Andrew Watts, CEO of Ivrnet.
Partnership After Pilot Project in Q1
Having previously completed a pilot project during Q1 of 2021, the two companies have come to an automatically renewing, 1-year agreement to include Ivrnet’s flagship Telepay solution in the Five9 partnership ecosystem.
Company Expanding Reach
Meanwhile, Ivrnet is set to continue its pursuit of additional opportunities to promote and cross-sell Teleplay, with Ivrnet Telepay and other payment-related services becoming an area of interest for the company.
