Resonant Inc. (NASDAQ: RESN) announced today that Murata Electronics North America, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd., will acquire all outstanding shares of Resonant not owned by Murata for $4.50 per share in cash.

Shares of Resonant Inc. (NASDAQ: RESN) surged over 256.9% in premarket trading.
