Nvidia Reports Financial Results for Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2022

NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) has reported record revenue for the fourth quarter that ended January 30th, 2022 of USD 7.64 Billion, a 53% rise from the same period a year ago.  Gaming, professional visualization and data center market platforms have achieved record revenue for the quarter and year.  GAAP earnings per diluted share amounted to a record USD 1.18, a 103% rise from the same period a year ago.

For fiscal 2022, revenue reached a record USD 26.91 Billion, a 61% rise from USD 16.68 Billion.  DAAP earnings per diluted share were a record USD 3.85, a 123% from USD 1.73 a year ago.  “We are seeing exceptional demand for NVIDIA computing platforms,” said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. “NVIDIA is propelling advances in AI, digital biology, climate sciences, gaming, creative design, autonomous vehicles and robotics – some of today’s most impactful fields.

Nvidia has paid quarterly cash dividends of USD 100 Million in the fourth quarter and USD 399 Million in fiscal 2022.
