Microsoft and Lemongrass Announce Multi-year Partnership

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) and Lemongrass have reported a multi-year partnership to help Enterprises with their legacy SAP systems.  This agreement extends an existing partnership between the companies and will focus on development of SAP solutions and services that focus on the power of the Microsoft cloud.  Lemongrass will scale its Lemongrass Cloud Platform to fully integrate with Microsoft Cloud globally and provide SAP customers with the opportunity to benefit from Microsoft’s open and flexible computing platform and Lemongrass’s services and automation.

Lemongrass recently announced the acquisition of Wharfedale Technologies, a consulting firm specializing in migration and management of SAP on Microsoft Cloud.
