Granted Medical Drivers Licence
The latest MediSure™ Empower Blood Glucose Monitoring System (BGM) product, which was granted a Class 3 Medical Device Licence, augments its existing line by providing a system with Bluetooth capabilities. The device allows patients to connect their health information to their phone through a lighter and more compact medical device, and provides doctors and Canadians with more choices for managing their diabetes.
Additional Medical Drivers Licence
Additionally, the company has received a Class 2 Medical Device Licence for the Medisure™ Vitamin D Rapid Test, the first fully at-home Vitamin D Rapid Test kit in Canada. Allowing patients to find out whether they have Vitamin D deficiency without heading to the doctor’s office, the device aims to reduce the toll on the healthcare system.
“MediSure has made immense progress since joining Empower.
