Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS) announced its acquisition of Amion, a leading on-call physician scheduling site.

Shares of Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS) gained over 13% in the premarket hours.

Boston based Amion manages nearly 200,000 physician schedules at thousands of hospitals and its mobile application combines scheduling with communication and lets staff submit special requests and swap shifts. The acquisition is expected to close on April 1st, 2022.
