Aptiv Reports Acquisition of Wind River

Aptiv PLC (NYSE: APTV) has reported a definitive agreement to acquire Wind River from TPG Capital. Closing Mid-2022
Aptiv plans to finance the transaction through a combination of cash and debt. The acquisition is anticipated to close mid-2022 and is subject to customary conditions, including receipt of applicable regulatory approvals.
